Our mares are our pride and joy! Each lady has her own personality and traits that we take into consideration when breeding in order to produce more top foundation horses for everyone to enjoy. You will notice that we have included two percentages with each mare. One is the percentage of pure appaloosa blood overall as calculated by the Foundation Appaloosa Horse Registery (FAHR). The second, referred to as "actual," is the percentage of horses from the original 4,932 F# horses registered by the Appaloosa Horse Club.

CD is our current matriarch. Her strong heritage has given
her excellent confirmation, smooth ground covering gaits -
including the Indian Shuffle- and strong color genetics. CD has
produced three outstanding foals (Watanya Cicilia below was her
first foal). She will be in foal to Miami's Topatchy Sun for
2014.

Watanya
is an athletic little mare. Some of our favorite memories of
her are from when she was in training. During some cow
clinics the trainers held, we got to see the ranching heritage come
out as she naturally went after the cows, and even jumped at one
with teethed
bared once!
She has
had one beautiful black and white filly (Olivia). She will be
in foal to Shadow's Polar Bear for
2014.
CTA Mariya - 2004
Mariya is a lovely mare. We bought her grand-dam as our
middle daughter's first horse because she was kind, gentle, and had
smooth, easy-to-ride gaits. Mariya carries all the traits of
her grand-dam plus stronger foundation bloodlines. She would
be a great starter or up-grade mare for any program and also makes
a great mount! If not sold soon, she will be in foal to
Miami's Topatchy Sun for 2014.

Olivia
is currently in training. She has impressed the trainer with
her sensiblity, willingness, and ability to understand what he
wants quickly.
